PIONEER HOUSE SERIES for TRAINZ

(UTC, TRS2004 TRS2006 & TRS2009)

A series of pioneer houses suitable for use in many countries particularly US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand

Based on houses built in New Zealand between 1850-1920 these houses were an everyday sight in the golden era of steam and are still common and plentiful in many modern neighbourhoods.

The models in this set are built with detail in mind. However there are also low detail sets available for background and distant modelling.

There are 3 sets available for each house

Standard set with high poly count and high-resolution graphics for highest quality results. These are the highest quality models but are best used on high spec systems. (This is the original series that is also available on the download station and some of which are included as 3rd Party Content in TRS2004)

High-Poly / Low-Res set which has the same high quality, high poly count as the standard set but with substantially reduced graphics resolution. (This helps to avoid computer stutter caused when loading large graphics files to memory). These are high quality models but with less sharp graphics and are ideal for general use and particularly close to the track where the detail can be appreciated.

Low-Poly / Low res set which has had most of the finer detail removed and has substantially reduced graphics resolution. (This helps to avoid computer stutter caused when loading large graphics files to memory). These models are not as high a quality as the other sets but are still very good and are ideal for when houses are placed a long way from the track and or when a large number of houses are required close together.

These download are free for your own use and may be distributed freely. However they may not be posted for download from any other internet web site or included in any commercial package without prior permission.
