CLIFF & RAILWAY CUTTING SPLINES

Cliffs & cuttings form a major part of the railway environment in most countries around the world. Unfortunately, while TRAINZ terrain can include cliffs, the resulting stretched textures and the inability to have cliff faces close together (to form "cuttings") make this aspect of the TRAINZ route lacking in the detailed realism desired by many modellers

With TRAINZONE's range of 12 different cliff textures (combined with the choice of sloping top or flat top cliffs) even an inexperienced modeller can add amazingly realistic cliffs to their layout in seconds.

To reduce the unrealistic repeating pattern that's common when using a repeating spline each cliff set has been created in 12 different connecting splines including both intermediate and end splines. By mixing the splines and raising and lowing the spline points the modeller can achieve unique variations in each of his cliffs.
